Spring has definitely sprung at The Moult and now there are the first hints of summer. The sea air smells delicious and the days are beautifully long. The garden is still full of stunning tulips and the agapanthus are ready to burst open. The thatched summer house has a fresh coat of paint, a perfect place to play a board game, read a book or have a chatter. And there is a new trampoline for kids of all ages to jump on!

Last weekend we had plenty of guests staying and had a blast.

Swimming in the warm pool and the cool sea, kayaking, paddle boarding, trampolining and ping pong on the lawn. S’mores galore were toasted on the Indian burner by moonlight.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better fireworks filled the sky from along the estuary, a reminder of the previous week when we had fireworks from the walled garden organised by our guests to celebrate their wedding. What a treat!
